PISTON
VALVES
The piston valve is a Klinger invention. Since Richard Klinger first conceived the idea of replacing the disc and seat of the conventional valve by resilient valve rings, which can be replaced without removing the valve from the line, our factories have produced many millions of piston valves. Throughout the world they are used to regulate and control steam as well as highly aggressive media in the chemical industry or fine regulating in the oil industry:

PLASTIC VALVES AND
FITTINGS
The range offers a comprehensive selection to enable the installation of a complete process system with both manual and automatic control options. Installation is easy and a full range of high quality components in UPVC, PE, PP ABS and PVBD is offered.
PIPE JOINTING
Straub pipe joints enable pipes of all materials from 30 to 3,200mm diameter to be installed faster and easier. This compact pipe joint is supplied ready for use. No machining or accurate butt joining of pipe ends is needed for its installation. Prefabricated pipe sections can also be built straight in a pipeline without any costly aligning or fitting work. |

The ideal tool for cutting circular gaskets, the Klinger ring Cutter Mk 3 produces clean, accurate cuts in most jointing materials. Its simple adjustment and operation make it easy to cut joints efficiently and professionally, permitting the re-use of the majority of the off-cuts. |

KLINGER® SIL the new asbestos-free sealing generation.
The KLINGER® SIL range of sealing materials are manufactured from a combination of synthetic fibres, rubber and inorganic filler components. The mechanical strength and temperature resistance are determined to a major extent boy the synthetic fibres utilised. Research and development by Klinger over may years has resulted in the wide range of specialist application materials presented in this brochure, which enable the customer to choose the most cost efficient solution.

Medium quality compressed synthetic fibre jointing composed of aramid fibres with SBR binder. Features excellent conformability, even with low surface load. Highly suitable for automotive applications due to "Controlled swell" properties in oil, combined with good resistance to water. Premium quality compressed synthetic fibre acid resistant jointing. Specifically developed for strong organic and inorganic acid applications. Wide resistance range including most acids, fuels, oils, solvents, alkalis and water (not suited for concentrated nitric acid) 3xA anti stick surfaces. |
